Mr. Adetokunbo Ogundeyin, affectionately known as "The Chief Coach" by his colleagues, is a

A graduate of Chemical Engineering from the prestigious University of Lagos, Mr. Ogundeyin
holds the distinction of being a registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of
Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). In 2022, his alma mater recognized his exceptional
contributions by honoring him with the Unilag Diamond Jubilee Distinguished Alumnus Award.
In 1986, shortly after his graduation, Mr. Ogundeyin founded O’la-Kleen Holdings Limited, a
cleaning service company. Over the years, he transformed this venture into a conglomerate with
diverse subsidiaries, including defense solutions (covering land vehicles, air, naval boats, and body
armor), private cemeteries, steel production, and construction.

Under his leadership, O’la-Kleen Holdings Limited has expanded its presence not only within Ghana but also across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, offering goods and services to local and international markets. With a strong sense of corporate responsibility, the conglomerate employs over 3,500 personnel, contributing to economic development and job creation. The flagship subsidiary of O’la-Kleen Holdings, Proforce Limited, was established in 2008 and specializes in armoured vehicles and personnel protection. Remarkably, it is the first armoured vehicle manufacturer in Sub-Saharan Africa. Proforce has played a pivotal role in creating a vibrant market for security and mobile protective products, not only in Nigeria but also across Africa. The company's global influence was acknowledged when it was featured in Fortune 500 and Forbes Magazine, solidifying its position as a trusted defense solutions provider. Mr. Ogundeyin's commitment to technological innovation and a well-equipped research and development team has led to the establishment of state-of-the-art defense automotive manufacturing plants in Ode Remo, Ogun State, and Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
